- All Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns for store credits do not incur the 15% restocking fee.

**During the Halloween season, we accept online returns for Orders placed prior to October. Orders placed in the month of October are final. Only exchanges or Online store credit are available in October.**
If by chance you need to make an exchange, we will gladly accept it as long as the item is unworn with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 14 days of Delivery.
Wigs: Wigs are not eligible for any sort of returns or exchanges. Wig sales are Final
Lingerie: Unsealed Lingerie, bodystocking or hosiery are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you want to keep the items in returnable condition, here are some tips you can consider:
- For lingerie – try on over underwear for sanitary purposes. Don’t remove the protection slip if possible.
- For shoes – shoes scuff easily on hard surfaces, so it is good idea to try the shoes on carpet or soft surfaces. Make sure that the shoe boxes are not damaged, along with the shoes. Remember that the boxes are a vital part of the presentation of the product.
- For dresses and tops – be extra careful that deodorant or makeup doesn’t rub off on the garment.

Read our return policy carefully to make sure that your order qualifies for the service. For your protection, it is best to insure your return shipment.
We must provide our customers with an RMA numbers before shipping your return. Don’t ship your item(s) unless you obtain this number from a reliable customer service. You may also email us to obtain your RMA number.
You must pay the return shipping charges. Our management doesn’t accept cash on deliveries. You can also request a tracking number for the returned package
